We may access your personal information when you voluntarily choose to use our services, applications or provide us with your personal information.
1. User information (name, e-mail address); Use of services. When you voluntarily provide us with information or access or use our services, such as sending, receiving and managing e-mail, we will collect your information ("user information"). The information we collect includes how you use the service (for example, email login).
Additional restrictions on using your Google user information. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this privacy policy, if you provide the service with access to the following types of Google data, the service's use of this data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

In order to provide an adaptive home screen experience and improve our products, we or the third-party service providers we use to provide services on our behalf may collect information about the content of your interactions through some of our services, and the name (i.e. application ID) and application type of the application package you open or use on your device through some of our services.
4. External information. We may legally receive information about you from a third party, such as information located in a public database ("external information").
5. The information of minors is not collected. Minors under the age of 18 should not provide us with any personal information, including their email addresses. If we are told that we have personal information of minors under the age of 18, the information will be deleted from our database immediately.
6. Personal information. As used herein, "personal information" refers to user information, equipment information, supplier list information, technical information, external information and any other information about you legally obtained by us.
7. E-mail information. The user's e-mail, including the e-mail subject line, sender, recipient, and e-mail content. In order to provide the services of receiving, sending and displaying mails, the application will access and transmit your email information to the agent's mail server.
8. Crash log. For the crash log data of your application, in order to improve the product quality and performance, the application integrates third-party analysis platforms such as Firebase analysis platform, and performs error log analysis.
9. Installed applications: When you use the Email Launcher application, you need to set it as the default desktop application to use the personalized customized desktop function, and this function needs to access the installed applications on your device. This information will only be temporarily processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server. We may upload information about the applications that users have installed for advertising.

The relevant permissions will be dynamically obtained when you use the product services and functions. Relevant information will be stored and managed by a third party when users use the service, such as: when receiving and sending emails, it will be transferred to the third-party email server.
Email Launcher App and Email Pro App support users to create accounts. Specifically, for account registration when using the email function, an account needs to be created by redirecting the user to a third party that can create an account.

Note: If personal data information is stored and retained, the following principles will be followed.
Storage of personal information. In principle, we store personal information on servers or other devices with security measures to prevent information loss, abuse and change under our control. We also maintain physical and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information. Despite these measures, we cannot fully guarantee that their security measures will prevent personal information from being illegally accessed, stolen or changed.
